It doesn’t matter how early or how far along you are, or if this is your first child or fourth child. We’ll take care of you.
The Connect2Care pregnancy program includes:
- Help with appointment scheduling and planning
- Education for first time moms
- Free, one-on-one virtual or home visits with our experienced nurse navigator
- Connections to resources, like WIC and SNAP

Payments and insurance
Financial assistance is available for those who qualify.
If you’re uninsured, we can help you find and apply for Medicaid to pay for your doctor’s appointments, lab tests, and even labor and delivery.
If you don’t qualify for Medicaid coverage, registered nurse Kim Flora can connect you to community programs to cover the costs of your pregnancy-related care.
